Taking proper care of yourself is vital (whether you’re a Mother or not). If you aren’t okay, then it’s impossible to show up as your best self in whatever capacity you need to.

If you’ve never heard of Galentine’s Day, it’s a day to celebrate yourself, your friends and any other women in your life and show them some love. Galentine’s Day first started thanks to American sitcom Parks and Recreation.
