Self-Care
How To Give Yourself Self-Care At Christmas
We often put so much pressure on ourselves at Christmas & New Year to go to all the parties & special events and see every single family member & friend. But it’s still so important to look after yourself at this time of year to avoid burnout.
My Ultimate “Day Off” Routine
I’ve been planning this post since long before this solo blog was even an idea. But I just struggled with what to write. I realised that this was because I rarely actually pamper myself or look after myself in any way. Therefore, I’m trying to make more of an effort to do this and put myself first. I probably should have done this more during lockdown – but as I said I’m not always the best at looking after myself – but I am working on this🧡
My Current Shower Routine
It’s no secret that I love a good pamper; although I don’t actually do it very often. But one thing that I do do often is showering (naturally…). So, I’ve gathered my current shower products together and put it in a blog post. I’ve also listed it in routine order. I don’t use all products for every shower – but this is a full list.
I’m not sure if this is very interesting, but I’ve enjoyed looking at what products I use and how often I change it up.
Lazy Days
I’m going to begin by stating that it is okay to have a lazy day (or 5) every now and again. I have so many lazy days that you may even call me a professional.
Everyone has their own difficulties and challenges in life that they sometimes need a break from. No one should feel bad for having a day off to recuperate.
